Dalila plays a central role in the company’s structure. Is responsible for the global management, with special focus on strategic partnerships, both nationally and internationally, and in relation to service providers. Works side by side with agencies, tour operators and local companies, ensuring that Bom Dia Boa Trips maintains a solid and reliable network. Your vision and coordination skills are essential to maintain the balance between tradition and innovation.
Mafalda reinforces the work of Dalila, with a special attention to the financial area. It is who ensures that the management of resources is done efficiently, allowing the sustainable growth of the company. Between accounts, budgets and projections, it is also a constant presence in support of the daily operation, collaborating in everything that is necessary to maintain the smooth functioning of the office. Of course, one of the faces of the company and has a greater experience of marine life of our coast.
Gabriela is in charge of human resources management. She is responsible for ensuring a healthy, organized and motivating work environment. Oversees scales, manages recruitment needs and is the link between the ground team and the company’s strategic objectives. Its mission is to make sure that each member of the team has the ideal conditions to give their best. With several years of home and transversal to other administrations, Gabriela is the person who knows best the “corners of the house”
Hélio, although also involved with the ground crew, is a real link between the operation on land and at sea. It is always ready to support in the most diverse tasks, from the preparation of the boats, to the logistics of the tours, to technical assistance whenever necessary. Its versatility and availability make it a key piece, especially on busy days.
Flora works directly with the public in our store, helping with reservations, clarifying doubts and offering the first explanations about the tour. It guides visitors through the check-in process and provides useful information on how the activity works.
At Sea: Where Experience Comes to Fruition
Once on board, it is the maritime crew that takes over the helm – literally. Here, the experience of our professionals ensures that each ride is safe, comfortable and memorable.
The masters Francisco and Hélio, are the main responsible of our sailboats. With years of sailing experience in the Algarve coast, they lead with knowledge, professionalism and passion. They drive our traditional boats through the waters of the Bay of Lagos and near the rock formations of Ponta da Piedade. With total control, ensuring the safety of all passengers, we are very proud to have two masters full of experience in our team.
Luís plays an essential role at the time of departure and return. Is present at boarding and disembarkation, guiding passengers with all the attention. He is also responsible for the initial briefing, where he explains the safety rules, the route of the tour and what to expect from the experience. His clear and friendly approach helps to create a relaxed and safe environment from the first minute.
And we have Maria, bringing joy on board, as well as providing everything you need for a better experience.

Rúben, Pedro, Martim, Mari and others are sailors who complete this team with enthusiasm, responsibility and mission spirit. Our vendors, scattered around the city of Lagos, are responsible for presenting our experiences to those who pass by. Henk and Carlos are usual faces on the streets, enthusiastically explaining the details of the tours and helping visitors to choose the best option.
